COMPLIANCE

APHA’s Compliance Team is responsible for monitoring Minority/Women/Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (M/W/DBE), Section 3, and Davis-Bacon & Related Acts as determined by the Department of Labor, in conjunction with Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
